Is best to be mad or sad. Someone I know is going through both for the same situations, and I thought last night, ....whats the better emotion to be going through? When your angry, it eventually dies down, but when your sad....it's very deep and takes a long time to heal. Sadness is like isolation, depression, and lost hope.
